About the Role
Svaika is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven *Digital Marketing Executive* to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, improving online visibility, and generating quality leads through various digital channels.
### Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across *Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms*.
* Manage and grow Svaika’s social media presence and online brand visibility.
* Develop and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, and promotional creatives.
* Plan and execute *Meta Ads and Google Ads* campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
* Support *SEO, SEM, website traffic, and lead-generation* activities.
* Conduct market, competitor, audience, and keyword research.
* Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and other internal teams.
* Prepare regular reports on social media, advertising, website, and lead-generation performance.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
* Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
### Required Skills
* Strong understanding of *social media marketing and digital advertising*.
* Hands-on knowledge of *Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads*.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of *SEO and Google Analytics/GA4*.
* Good content-writing and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
* Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and audience engagement.
* Good organizational and project-management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
### Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in *Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field* preferred.
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
* Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta, SEO, or analytics will be an advantage.
