Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender & Marketing Executive to manage government tenders and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end tendering process through portals like Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)
- Search, analyze, and track relevant tenders
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals
- Support marketing activities including lead generation and client follow-ups
- Maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in tender portals (GeM, CPPP, or state portals)
- Mandatory: Marketing / Business Development experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in government bidding or B2G sales
- Knowledge of e-procurement processes
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
