About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor with experience in the wedding industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of wedding aesthetics, color correction, skin retouching, album selection, and storytelling through images. The role requires maintaining high-quality editing standards while delivering projects within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Culling and selecting the best images from wedding shoots.
- Professional color correction and color grading.
- Skin retouching and detailed image enhancement.
- Lightroom editing for weddings, pre-weddings, engagements, and events.
- Basic to advanced Photoshop retouching.
- Maintaining consistency in tones, moods, and storytelling.
- Designing and managing wedding album selections.
- Coordinating with photographers and the creative team for timely delivery.
- Managing backup and organized workflow of client data.
- Delivering edited images as per company quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong command of:
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop
- Camera Raw
- Knowledge of wedding color tones and luxury wedding aesthetics.
- Good understanding of skin tones, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cinematic editing styles is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in wedding photography editing.
- Understanding of Indian wedding rituals and event flow.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Passion for storytelling through images.
- Ability to handle bulk wedding data efficiently.
Bonus Skills
- Album designing experience.
- AI-based editing workflow knowledge.
- Basic video editing understanding.
- Experience with international wedding projects.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and editing quality.
Pay: ₹8,563.84 - ₹31,432.78 per month
