- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and reporting tools within the SAP BusinessObjects suite.
- Experience in designing and developing business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business intelligence platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
