Hiring: Home Consultant (Retail Sales)
Location: Chennai | Experience: 6month –2 Years | Full-Time
We are looking for customer-focused Home Consultants to join our retail studio team. This is an in-store sales role where you will assist walk-in customers, recommend furniture and home décor products, and deliver a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain store presentation and displays
- Support billing and order processing
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in home décor / retail sales
- Open to working 6 days/week in rotational shifts
Compensation: Fixed salary + incentives
Work Type: In-store showroom sales (no field work)
