Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute electrical works for high-rise residential buildings
- Coordinate with building contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution
- Prepare and monitor material reconciliation reports and ensure proper inventory control
- Track project progress and submit weekly/monthly progress reports
- Review drawings, BOQ, and ensure work is as per approved drawings and specifications
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and statutory authorities for approvals and clearances
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of electrical activities
- Maintain documentation and billing records for client submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: http://B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in electrical works for high-rise residential projects
- Software: Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and marking drawings
- MS Excel skills for reports, MIS, and data tracking
- Good knowledge of LT panels, cabling, earthing, lighting, DBs, fire alarm, and BMS systems
- Strong coordination, communication, and site management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience with MEP contractors and working on large residential townships
- Knowledge of NBC codes, IE rules, and local authority norms.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
