Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Budget Range: 10 to 19 Lakhs (Depends on Experience)
Working experience in paints and in Ahmedabad market required
Role Description
- Lead end-to-end business for Ahmedabad with full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth and market share
- Drive B2B sales through direct engagement with builders, developers, corporates, and key decision-makers
- Build and manage strong relationships while securing high-value projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments
- Drive specification business via architects, consultants, and influencers to strengthen project pipeline
- Identify and penetrate new accounts while managing institutional and large project business
- Lead negotiations, commercial closures, and long-term contracts with key clients
- Lead and develop project sales, key account, and field teams to drive performance and accountability
- Ensure achievement of sales targets with strong focus on collections and credit control
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, technical) for seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Track market trends, competition, and pricing to strengthen positioning in the Ahmedabad market
Qualifications
- 12–20 years of experience in Sales (Paints Industry)
- MBA preferred
- Strong network with builders, architects, consultants, and corporates preferred
- Proven experience in handling large projects and key accounts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management ability
- Deep understanding of metro market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per month
