ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Operation Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience after the sale is completed. This role focuses on onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end vendor management process for RC (Registration Certificate) transfers, ensuring timely completion and compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for challan generation and RC transfer processes to ensure seamless operations
- Take ownership and ensure smooth day-to-day operational handling
- Maintain accurate data in Google Sheets and handle RC-related documents with strict confidentiality
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in post sales function
- Prior background of startup ecosystem
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
