Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our People Analytics team on a 6-month contract. The candidate will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions, transforming complex business data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Create KPIs, calculated measures, drill-throughs, and advanced visualizations.
- Design optimized data models using star schema and dimensional modeling.
- Develop complex DAX measures and calculations.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Power Query and ETL processes.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Optimize Power BI reports, data models, and queries for performance.
- Manage the complete BI development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Work closely with business and analytics stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5–7 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and advanced DAX.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, star schema, and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Ability to independently manage BI projects from requirements through deployment and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale BI solutions.
- Strong understanding of Power BI performance optimization and best practices.
Pay: ₹233,775.84 - ₹1,329,208.91 per year
