Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive performance in retail sales, exchange, finance, insurance, and accessories.
- Monitor enquiry handling, booking, billing, and delivery processes.
- Improve conversion ratio and team productivity.
- Implement Honda promotional schemes and campaigns effectively.
Coordination with HMSI
- Maintain strong coordination with Honda (HMSI) officials.
- Ensure compliance with Honda brand standards and SOP guidelines.
- Participate in OEM meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.
- Submit timely sales and operational reports
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and monitor Sales Executives, Team Leaders, and F&I staff.
- Conduct daily sales review meetings and target tracking.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
- Maintain discipline and a positive showroom work culture.
Customer Satisfaction & CRM
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as per Honda standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve showroom experience.
- Ensure proper vehicle delivery process and post-sale follow-up.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage vehicle stock planning and inventory control.
- Ensure proper documentation for billing, RTO, finance, and insurance.
- Maintain showroom display and branding as per Honda norms.
- Oversee daily showroom operations smoothly.
Financial & Reporting
- Monitor profitability and expense control.
- Ensure timely collections and receivables management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Knowledge of dealership operations and DMS
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification:
- Graduate
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Two-Wheeler dealership management (Honda experience preferred)
