About the Role
We are looking for an Instagram Growth Manager who lives and breathes Instagram. This role is for someone who understands the Instagram algorithm deeply and has a proven track record of growing accounts through strategic content, audience engagement, community building, and trend-driven execution.
The ideal candidate should know how to increase reach, engagement, follower growth, profile visits, saves, shares, and conversions organically. We are not looking for a basic social media executive—we need an Instagram specialist who can turn an account into a high-performing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Instagram growth strategies focused on engagement and audience expansion.
- Create viral content frameworks for Reels, Stories, Carousels, and trend-based content.
- Monitor Instagram analytics and optimize content based on performance metrics.
- Increase engagement rates through audience interaction, community management, and engagement campaigns.
- Identify trending audio, formats, and content opportunities before competitors.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with growth objectives.
- Manage Instagram Stories strategically to boost retention and interaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement proven growth tactics.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-performing content.
- Develop hashtag, SEO, and caption strategies for maximum visibility.
- Build influencer and creator collaborations to expand reach.
- Continuously test, analyze, and improve content performance using data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm updates and ranking factors.
- Expertise in Instagram Reels growth strategies.
- Ability to increase engagement through comments, shares, saves, DMs, and community-building techniques.
- Experience using Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of content psychology, audience behavior, and social media trends.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions and engagement-focused content.
- Experience managing accounts with significant follower growth and measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing Instagram accounts you have grown.
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
- Knowledge of social media automation and workflow tools.
- Understanding of Instagram monetization and lead generation strategies.
