Field Technical Engineer
Job Summary
We are hiring a Technical Engineer for a field-based role to handle installation, configuration, and customer support for AI smart irrigation and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer fields for installation and service
- Install and configure controllers, sensors, and systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical and controller system faults
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to clients and field technicians & Dealers
- Provide product demonstration and customer training
- Guide customers on system usage and best practices
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues on-site
- Submit daily reports and updates
Skills Required
- Basic electrical and technical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
- Problem-solving ability
Preferred Knowledge of irrigation / IoT systems
- Field experience is an advantage
- Two-wheeler & driving license preferred

For Freshers 2.5 to 3.5Lakhs Per Annum( Food & Travel Allowance Include)
For Experience 3.8 to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum (Food & Travel Allowance Include-Negotiable)
