- Experience selling apartments, villas, plotted developments, or commercial properties
- Strong local network in Angul and nearby districts preferred

Roles & ResponsibilitiesDoor-to-Door Marketing
- Visit residential colonies, apartments, businesses, markets, industries, and offices.
- Generate qualified buyer leads.
- Explain project features and payment plans.
- Distribute brochures and collect customer information.
- Schedule site visits.
Telecalling
- Call fresh leads.
- Follow up with old inquiries.
- Generate appointments.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Maintain CRM records.
Office Meetings
- Meet walk-in customers.
- Conduct project presentations.
- Explain pricing, payment plans, loans, amenities, and legal documents.
- Coordinate documentation until booking.
Site Visits
- Escort customers to project sites.
- Give professional presentations.
- Highlight investment potential.
- Close bookings.
Corporate & Industrial Outreach
Since Angul has large industries:
- Visit employees of NTPC, MCL, NALCO, JSPL, Jindal, Tata projects, banks, schools, hospitals, and government offices.
- Conduct housing awareness sessions.
- Build referral partnerships.
Channel Partner Development
- Build relationships with brokers.
- Develop referral agents.
- Meet finance consultants.
- Coordinate with home loan providers.
Digital Lead Management
- Handle Facebook and Google leads.
- Respond to WhatsApp inquiries.
- Convert digital leads into meetings.
