1. Lead Chip-Level Mobile Technician
Job Description:
Diagnose and repair smartphones at the chip/component level.
Handle complex motherboard faults, IC replacement, soldering, and micro-level repairs.
Ensure high repair quality and quick turnaround time.
Guide and support junior technicians.
Maintain repair records and follow ESD & safety standards.
Requirements:
3+ years of chip-level mobile repair experience.
Expertise in Android and iPhone motherboard repairs.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lead a technical team.
Salary: ₹40k–₹50k + Incentives
2. Mobile Technician – L2 / Express Repair
Job Description:
Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, and other hardware replacements.
Diagnose software and hardware issues.
Complete repairs within TAT while maintaining quality.
Keep service tools and workspace organized.
Update repair status in the service system.
Requirements:
1–3 years of mobile repair experience.
Knowledge of Android and iPhone repairs.
Ability to handle customer devices carefully.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Salary: ₹25k–₹32k + Incentives
3. Service Advisor & QC Executive
Job Description:
Receive customer devices and explain service procedures.
Prepare job cards and provide repair estimates.
Coordinate with technicians for repair updates.
Perform final quality checks before device delivery.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and documentation.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones.
Computer proficiency.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Salary: ₹22k–₹28k
4. Pickup & Delivery Executive
Job Description:
Collect and deliver customer devices safely.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
Verify device condition during collection and delivery.
Maintain delivery records and obtain customer acknowledgements.
Support branch operations whenever required.
Requirements:
Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Own bike preferred.
Good communication and time management skills.
Responsible and punctual.
Salary: ₹18k–₹22k + Fuel Allowance
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
