Job Summary:
The NABH Quality Executive ensures that our branch company, Soni Diagnostics & Imagings Pvt. Ltd., which operates two CT Scan Centres in Pali and Sikar Govt. hospitals, complies with NABH accreditation standards, maintains quality control processes, and implements patient safety protocols. This role involves documentation, audits, training, and coordination with various departments to enhance overall service quality. Additionally, the role requires frequent visits to both centers to oversee and ensure adherence to quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:1. NABH Compliance & Accreditation
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards for diagnostic centres.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per NABH guidelines.
- Coordinate internal audits and facilitate NABH external audits.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-compliances.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality indicators, policies, and reports.
2. Quality Assurance & Patient Safety
- Conduct quality checks for CT scan procedures to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Implement infection control and radiation safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with Biomedical Waste Management guidelines.
- Monitor and report any adverse events, incidents, or patient complaints.
3. Staff Training & Development
- Train staff on NABH guidelines, patient safety, and infection control.
- Conduct regular awareness programs and workshops for employees.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to quality protocols and SOPs.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of patient safety reports, internal audits, and quality indicators.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and confidentiality.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly quality reports for management review.
5. Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with radiologists, technicians, and administrative staff to improve service quality.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest quality enhancement strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc in Radiology, Healthcare Management, or related field. An MBA in Healthcare is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a quality assurance role, preferably in a diagnostic centre.
- Knowledge of NABH guidelines for diagnostic centres is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of radiology safety, infection control, and quality management.
- Proficiency in documentation, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Proficient in using quality management software, healthcare reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and developing corrective actions.
- Intermediate level of English language proficiency
