Job Summary
Alice Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Civil Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise all civil construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timelines.
- Ensure quality standards as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor daily work progress.
- Manage labour, contractors, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Verify contractor bills, BOQs, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Maintain project documentation, DPRs, and MIS reports.
- Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and inspections when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
