Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing professional with strong execution knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns. The role requires managing paid media accounts with agency support and focusing on quality traffic, leads, conversions, ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and remarketing with agency support.
- Monitor campaign setup, targeting, budget, creatives, landing pages, tracking, and optimisation plans.
- Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance and share clear insights, action points, and next steps.
- Improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
- Track funnel metrics such as product views, add to cart, checkout initiation, enquiries, purchases, and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with agency, ecommerce, creative, content, merchandising, website, CRM, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure proper tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion events, UTM tracking, and platform dashboards.
Required Skills
- Execution knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Ability to manage accounts with agency support.
- Understanding of ecommerce sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, budgets, and revenue goals.
- Hands-on understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, tracking, and attribution.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, retail, or D2C ecommerce brands.
- Experience in high-value product campaigns and premium customer audiences
- Knowledge of CRM, retention marketing, WhatsApp/email remarketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
