Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries through chat, provide accurate information, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide support through online chat.
- Respond to customers promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about products, services, orders, and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining service quality.
Required Skills
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally through chat.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, BCA, or equivalent).
- Diploma holders with relevant computer knowledge may also apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in chat support, customer support, BPO, or related roles may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in chat support or customer service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM, ticketing systems, or customer support software is preferred.
- Good English typing and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is an advantage.
