Aakriti Interiors is one of Ranchi's growing Interior Design & Execution companies. Along with our Interior business, we also operate The Jawed Habib Salon and are expanding our Furnishing business under My Decor Premium.
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and result-driven professional who can generate quality leads, increase sales and play a key role in the growth of our businesses.
This is not a routine office job. This is a business growth role where your ideas, strategies and execution will directly impact the company's success.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads through Digital Marketing.
- Improve Google Business Profile, Local SEO and Online Reputation.
- Manage WhatsApp Business, CRM and Lead Follow-up.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators.
Business Development
- Generate Interior Design project enquiries.
- Increase Salon walk-ins, memberships and premium service bookings.
- Build relationships with Builders, Architects, Interior Designers and Corporate Clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Improve lead conversion ratio.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales and revenue targets.
- Recommend innovative marketing strategies to accelerate business growth.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Sales or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Google Business Profile.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- CRM, MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Performance Incentives
High performers can earn ₹60,000+ per month through Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives. There is no upper earning limit for exceptional performers who consistently achieve and exceed business growth targets.
