- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex system issues in a multi-component environment.
- Ability to work with cloud platforms and integrate on-premises solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to optimize support tasks.
