We are looking for a highly accountable and result-driven Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of property performance, revenue targets, operational discipline, and guest satisfaction.
The candidate must have proven experience in independently managing hotel/resort operations with strong financial control and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete operational control of Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance & Stores.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (Rooms, F&B, Events).
- Monitor Occupancy %, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
- Ensure strict cost control and budget adherence.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and online review ratings.
- Lead department heads with defined KPIs and accountability.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and SOP implementation.
- Act as Property In-Charge in absence of senior management.
Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5–8 years of hotel/resort operational experience.
- Prior experience as Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager in hotel industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of revenue management & cost control.
- Ability to independently manage full property operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
