We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online gemstone business operations. The ideal candidate should have an interest in digital commerce, product management, and website operations. Manage day-to-day website operations and ensure smooth functioning
Coordinate website updates, maintenance, and user experience improvements
Upload and manage gemstone inventory with accuracy
Create engaging product descriptions and attractive listings
Maintain updated product catalogs and stock details
Coordinate bespoke/custom gemstone orders
Communicate with clients regarding order requirements
Ensure smooth execution from inquiry to final delivery
Coordinate with production and inventory teams
Manage pricing updates and product categories
Resolve customer queries related to products and orders
Monitor website performance and report technical issues
Maintain organized digital product records and data
Graduate or Undergraduate (Both can apply)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
