About the Role:
The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured and activity-based STEM training using a defined curriculum. The role involves hands-on demonstrations, coordination with schools, and supporting effective STEM learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver STEM training sessions using practical and experiential learning methods
- Explain science and mathematics concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and model-based activities
- Support teachers in using STEM kits and teaching aids
- Conduct assessments and maintain training records
- Submit attendance sheets and progress reports
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of STEM materials and kits
- Coordinate with the project team for smooth execution
- Travel to assigned schools or project locations as required
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in STEM training, teaching, or science education
- Strong subject knowledge and interest in hands-on learning
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage learners and encourage participation
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Willingness to travel for project implementation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
