Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to support the HR team in day-to-day activities, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, onboarding, and HR operations. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to various HR functions and develop a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Assist with pre-joining and onboarding formalities.
- Coordinate collection and verification of employee documents.
- Support preparation of joining documentation and employee files.
- Assist in conducting employee induction programs.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, employee movements, and HR MIS.
- Update HRMS/employee databases regularly.
- Support preparation of HR reports and trackers.
- Assist in employee confirmation, transfers, and separation formalities.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing HR events, celebrations, and employee initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback and support HR engagement programs.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in coordinating the Performance Management System (PMS) activities.
- Support KRA/KPI documentation and appraisal-related activities.
- Track completion of performance review processes.
6. Learning & Development
- Assist in identifying training requirements.
- Coordinate training schedules and participant communication.
- Maintain training attendance and feedback records.
7. General HR Support
- Respond to basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR team member.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and communications as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Support the HR team in various projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience can apply.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
