>Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and customer-focused Unisex Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing hair services for both men and women while maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
> Key Responsibilities
* Perform haircuts for men, women, and children.
* Provide hair styling, blow-drying, ironing, curling, and special occasion hairstyles.
* Carry out hair colouring, highlights, global colouring, balayage, ombré, toning, root touch-ups, and colour corrections.
* Perform chemical services including smoothening, keratin, rebonding, botox, and hair spa treatments.
* Conduct professional hair consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, and treatments based on the client's hair type and lifestyle.
* Recommend and upsell salon services and retail hair care products.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, tools, and equipment before and after every service.
* Follow salon SOPs, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
* Ensure proper handling and maintenance of salon equipment and products.
* Keep updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
* Coordinate with the front desk regarding appointments, service timings, and client requirements.
* Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and encouraging repeat visits.
> Requirements
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Unisex Hair Stylist in a reputed salon.
* Strong knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, styling, and chemical treatments.
* Excellent consultation and communication skills.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
