About the Role
As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founder across both businesses. Your role is to ensure that the company’s highest-priority initiatives move from ideas to execution.
This is a highly cross-functional role where no two days are the same. You will work on strategy, operations, project management, systems, marketing, analytics, and process improvement—wherever the business needs you most.

Your Mission
Help the Founder build scalable businesses by driving execution, improving systems, and ensuring that critical priorities are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Execution
- Convert ideas into clear action plans.
- Break strategic goals into weekly and daily deliverables.
- Track progress across multiple projects.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Remove roadblocks by coordinating with different teams.

2. Project Management Lead and coordinate high-impact projects such as:
- Website development
- Product launches
- SOP implementation
- Marketing campaigns
- Automation initiatives
- Process improvement projects
- New business initiatives

3. Team Coordination & Accountability
- Follow up with team members on ongoing projects.
- Track commitments and deliverables.
- Escalate risks or delays proactively.
- Ensure important tasks don’t fall through the cracks.
- Keep everyone aligned on priorities.

4. Build Systems & Processes
- Document and improve SOPs.
- Standardize recurring workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Help create scalable processes as the businesses grow.

5. Business Analysis & Reporting Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports covering:
- Sales
- Operations
- Marketing
- Inventory
- Amazon performance
- Project status
- Business KPIs
Go beyond reporting by identifying trends, highlighting risks, and recommending actions.

6. Founder Support
Enable the Founder to focus on strategy and growth by:
- Preparing meeting notes and action items.
- Organizing project updates.
- Consolidating information before key decisions.
- Tracking priorities and pending tasks.
- Coordinating across teams on behalf of the Founder.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with teams across:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Operations
- Procurement
- Finance
- Design
- Warehouse
- External partners and vendors
Build strong working relationships and ensure smooth communication across functions.

- Key projects have clear ownership and timelines.
- Weekly review meetings are structured and productive.

- SOP documentation is progressing consistently.
- The Founder spends significantly less time following up on routine execution. Within 12 Months
- Both businesses operate with stronger systems and processes.
- Projects are delivered faster and with fewer delays.
- Dshboards provide clear visibility into business performance.
- The Founder is able to focus more on strategy, customer relationships, hiring, and business growth.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a startup, consulting, founder’s office, project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership is preferred.
- MBA, Engineering, CA, or equivalent analytical background is an advantage but not mandatory.
