Job Description:
Client & Account Management:
-
Manage multiple E-Commerce and Q-Commerce client accounts.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Understand business objectives and translate them into media strategies.
-
Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Paid Media Management:
-
Develop and oversee media plans across Qcom & Ecom
-
Monitor campaign performance and drive optimization initiatives.
-
Work closely with platform teams to identify growth opportunities.
Business Growth:
-
Identify opportunities to expand media investments within existing accounts.
-
Support new business pitches and internal growth initiatives.
-
Contribute to account retention and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
6–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing.

Hands-on experience managing marketplace advertising platforms.
-
Strong understanding of E-Commerce and Q-Commerce business models.
-
Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
