Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, post scheduling, audience engagement, campaign coordination, and performance tracking for our Ayurvedic and herbal brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Create engaging content including captions, reels ideas, stories, posters, and promotional posts.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content development.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
- Track social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for brand promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.
- Creative mindset with good content writing skills.
- Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and influencer collaborations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience in social media handling and digital marketing preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Creative and active on social media platforms.
- Good sense of branding and audience engagement.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or herbal industry will be an advantage.
Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
