Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Assign shifts, train new hires, monitor productivity, and provide continuous feedback to the team.
- Customer Service: Address complex customer complaints, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Operations & Inventory: Track stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure the floor is safe, clean, and fully operational.
- Sales Targets: Analyze sales figures, implement promotional strategies, and motivate employees to meet revenue goals
Core Requirements
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles within retail, logistics, or hospitality.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and inventory management software.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is highly preferred
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
