Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including schemas, rules, and work schedules.
- Provide expert support for Time Evaluation, Absence/Attendance Management, Shift Planning, and Interfaces with Payroll.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and convert business needs into functional specifications.
- Perform enhancements, testing (unit, regression, integration), and documentation according to Strada's delivery standards.
- Troubleshoot complex time evaluation issues and propose optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll.
- Support AMS operations by handling incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements with SLA compliance.
- Train users and junior consultants; provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.
- Ensure alignment with Strada’s governance model, delivery framework, and quality methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Time Management consulting.
- Strong expertise in:
- Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs
- Absence/Attendance configuration
- Work schedules, public holidays, and time quotas
- Integrations with Payroll (SAP HCM or EC Payroll)
- Experience working in international/multicultural delivery teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off or Workforce Software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AMS delivery models (ITIL, incident lifecycle management).
- SAP certification in HCM Time Management is a plus.
- Experience supporting European time schemas (Spain, Italy, France, UK, etc.) is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
