Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update clinic management systems.
- Process billing, payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff.
- Address client queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and administrative records.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and data entry).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
