Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and explain project details clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth booking process
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 – 8 years experience in real estate sales
- Must have hands-on experience in plotted development sales
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
