Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and tracking upcoming real estate or infrastructure projects
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, contractors, developers, and property owners
- Proposal & Bidding: Prepare and deliver detailed sales presentations, accurate project estimates, and competitive bids.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project deliverables to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining profit margins
- Project Coordination: Collaborate internally with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution and client handover.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, analyze competitor pricing, and identify new product or service demands.
Pay: ₹13,668.71 - ₹55,627.20 per month
