Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of Invertor, UPS installation and troubleshooting
Experience with UPS system maintenance and repair
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Roles and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair UPS systems, Inverters for clients
Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently
Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting of power backup
Ensure timely completion of service calls and proper documentation of service reports
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively and addressing their needs promptly
