Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft structural assembly, installation, modification, and repair activities.
- Inspect aircraft structures such as fuselage, wings, frames, stringers, ribs, skins, doors, and access panels.
- Carry out drilling, reaming, riveting, fastening, sealing, and sheet-metal work.
- Interpret engineering drawings, structural repair manuals (SRM), maintenance manuals, and work instructions.
- Identify structural defects, cracks, corrosion, dents, deformation, and other damage.
- Support structural damage assessment and repair activities.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of structural components.
- Use precision measuring instruments and aircraft maintenance tools correctly.
- Ensure all work complies with approved procedures, quality requirements, and aviation regulations.
- Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
- Follow all aircraft safety, FOD prevention, tool-control, and workplace safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- Relevant experience in aircraft structural work.
- Good knowledge of aircraft structural components and repair techniques.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of riveting, drilling, fastening, sheet-metal fabrication, and structural repair.
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance standards and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
