About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, digital advertising, and performance tracking. This role involves working closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content development.
- Write captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags for campaigns.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Track leads, campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support SEO activities and website content updates.
- Attend client meetings and gather project requirements when required.
- Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and project deliverables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain project trackers, task sheets, and campaign documentation.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or related roles.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools is an added advantage
