We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with Hands on experience in managing online marketplaces, specifically Myntra, AJIO, Amazon and flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, catalog management, sales growth, inventory coordination, and performance optimization across these platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Amazon and flipkart .
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, catalogs, and content.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product onboarding and catalog uploads.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.
- Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and platform-specific offers.
- Coordinate with account managers of marketplaces to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely processing of orders, returns, cancellations, and reconciliations.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain marketplace compliance and ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa Seller Panels.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and catalog management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
