We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualizer with proven experience in the commercial design field. The ideal candidate will transform architectural concepts into realistic 3D renderings, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and high-quality output using D5 rendering software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for commercial projects (interiors, exteriors, retail, office spaces, etc.).
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to translate design concepts into realistic visual outputs.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, textures, and lighting to reflect real-world conditions.
- Utilize D5 rendering software to produce photorealistic visuals, walkthroughs, and animations.
- Present and refine visuals based on client and team feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in 3D visualization for commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in D5 rendering software (mandatory).
- Knowledge of CAD drawings, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design tools.
- Excellent eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
