Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform all embryology procedures including ICSI, embryo culture, grading, freezing, and thawing.
- Ensure compliance with ART Act, laboratory SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior embryologists and lab staff.
- Coordinate with IVF consultants and clinical teams for patient treatment planning.
- Support quality control, audits, and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of IVF laboratory experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ICSI, embryology, and cryopreservation procedures.
- Knowledge of ART Act, NABL, ISO, and quality compliance standards.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
