Job Description for People Manager looks like;
1. Conduct engaging training sessions for frontline and support staff, focusing on customer service, operational excellence, and compliance standards.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, prepare training calendars, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance, recommending improvements where needed.
4. Instrumental in onboarding new employees, maintaining training records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
5. Update training content regularly, incorporate best practices, and leverage digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Experience of about 3-7 years in training and HR, position will report into Founders.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
