Role Summary
As a Real Estate Sales Professional for this project, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers. Your goal is to guide them through the property selection process, highlighting how the project’s amenities—such as meditation spaces, peaceful surroundings, and community-centric design—align perfectly with their lifestyle and spiritual values.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Sales & Outreach: Actively engage with prospective buyers from the BK community, understanding their specific housing needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct guided site tours, effectively communicating the project’s unique value propositions, spiritual amenities, and strict community guidelines.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships based on honesty, transparency, and deep respect for the clients' values.
- End-to-End Sales Closure: Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry and lead nurturing to negotiation, documentation, and final handover.
- Market Insight: Maintain a strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market to position the project competitively while maintaining its exclusive community appeal.
