- Train students on assembly line processes and tools
- Provide hands-on (OJT) training on the production floor
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs
- Monitor trainee performance and improve efficiency
- Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training
- Maintain training records and reports
- Ensure safety guidelines and PPE compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in assembly line or manufacturing
- Prior training or supervisory experience preferred
- Good knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and quality standards
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, documentation)
- Strong communication and training skills
- Knowledge of safety practices and industrial standards
