About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Analyst to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, economics, treasury, and data science. You will be responsible for building predictive models that drive treasury decisions, cash flow forecasting, macroeconomic analysis, and investment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop predictive models for company cash flow forecasting and treasury operations.
Analyze macroeconomic trends and assess their impact on treasury, investments, and financial performance.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and financial risk indicators.
Build and validate statistical and machine learning models using financial and economic datasets.
Integrate data from sources such as RBI and other public financial databases to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate analytical findings into product features.
Support the development of investment recommendation models for retail financial products, including mutual funds.
Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through model monitoring, back-testing, and optimization.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly manner.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, mathematical modeling, and predictive analytics.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
Experience working with large datasets and building forecasting or predictive models.
Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in treasury, banking, investment banking, asset management, or financial services.
Knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, forex hedging, and derivatives.
CFA (completed or pursuing) is a strong advantage.
Experience working with macroeconomic indicators and financial time-series data.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and financial modeling frameworks.
