About the Role
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator (L2) to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise server infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in system administration, virtualization, Active Directory management, automation, backup solutions, and hybrid infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual server environments.
Administer and support Windows Server and Linux operating systems (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, CentOS).
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access controls, and security policies.
Perform system patching, upgrades, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
Monitor system performance and implement optimization measures.
Automate routine administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct regular health checks, log monitoring, and system audits.
Manage backup operations and ensure successful execution of scheduled jobs.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, configuration records, and SOPs.
Support hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills
BE, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure Support.
Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and Linux (RHEL) support.
Experience with SMTP relay management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cloud file servers, backup management, and disaster recovery processes.
Experience with vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
