Plant HR Executive – Job Description (Precise)
Role: Plant HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for plant operations.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support industrial relations and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
