We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master with over six years of experience in Agile project delivery. This role focuses on fostering high-performing Agile teams and ensuring the delivery of significant business value through the adherence to Scrum principles and practices. The successful candidate will act as a servant leader, facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement across teams, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate Agile processes, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective and efficient Scrum ceremonies.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
Proactively identify and remove impediments to enhance team performance and maintain a steady flow of work.
Enable teams to achieve their goals by staying close to their work, removing obstacles, and promoting a customer-first mindset.
Track and report key metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts, to provide transparency and foster informed decision-making.
Support a culture of continuous improvement through feedback sessions, retrospectives, and the implementation of process enhancements.
Encourage collaboration, trust, and diverse perspectives within the Agile teams to strengthen team dynamics and performance.
Maintain accountability for outcomes by ensuring adherence to Agile principles and fostering an environment of integrity and safety.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Over six years of experience in Agile project management, including at least three years in a Scrum Master role.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
