We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pantry Chef (Commis I & II) to join our QSR restaurant team at LTT Kurla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting cold dishes, maintaining pantry operations, and ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Indian Snacks, Fast Foods, sandwiches, Burgers, Chole Kulche, juices, milkshakes etc
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, storage, and labeling standards.
- Support daily pantry operations and food preparation activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pantry section.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a pantry section.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI preferred).
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
