Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated AutoCAD Architect with at least 1 year of experience in the AEC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that designs comply with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Modify and update drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Review drawings for quality, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and construction documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned drafting tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow company CAD standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is mandatory; 3D knowledge is an advantage).
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in architectural drafting within the AEC industry.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
