Supervise day-to-day press shop production activities to meet daily targets.Ensure production output as per plan with minimum downtime. Monitor machine performance, press operations, and tool change activities.Maintain quality standards and ensure rejection & rework are within limits.Ensure strict compliance with safety rules, PPE usage, and safe press operations.Allocate manpower effectively and handle shift-wise deployment.Train operators on press operation, safety, and quality requirements.Monitor breakdowns, coordinate with maintenance team for quick rectification.Implement 5S, TPM, and Kaizen activities in the press shop.Maintain production reports, shift logs, downtime records, and OEE data.Ensure proper handling and control of tools, dies, and raw materials.Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce cost.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments. Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF standards and company policies.
