- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships through regular communication and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines and client feedback
- Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive client experience
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to log all client interactions, segment leads, and manage communications.
- Escalate unresolved concerns and collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups through email, SMS, or phone.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.
- Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Develop client retention strategies focused on relationship-building and service excellence.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and prospects in a professional, courteous manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Document all customer activities, appointment requests, and customer interactions with real estate professionals in our CRM software.
Requirements:
Requirements
- Completion of a graduation (degree in Marketing is ideal).
- 2 to 4 Years of experience in Client relations and coordination.
- Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
- Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi is good to have)
